Salary: UOM 6 – A$100,847 – A$109,163 p.a. plus 17% super
Your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic Planning and Delivery: Coordinate artistic planning, draft production parameters, manage budgets, and contribute to a two-year rolling programming plan.
* Stakeholder Management: Negotiate contracts with artists and venues, foster relationships with external partners, and ensure effective communication across teams.
* Program Development: Research, develop, and budget for future productions, concerts, and events under the direction of the Senior Producer.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all programs adhere to University regulations and industry best practices, creating a safe environment for students, staff, and artists.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced arts professional with a strong background in coordinating multi‑disciplinary performing arts or music programs, possessing excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of the creative industries.
You may also:
* Have comprehensive industry experience with strong national and international networks in the sector.
* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate sensitively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrate strong project management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including music rights, child safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
* Hold tertiary qualifications (or be working towards them) in a relevant field, combined with significant industry experience.
