Your new role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide advanced clinical leadership and deliver high quality, person centred care within the Logan Acute Care Team. * Provide expert mental health assessment, crisis intervention and care planning for consumers in the Logan community. * Work autonomously within an assertive outreach model, delivering care in homes, clinics, NGOs, GP practices and via telehealth. * Lead and support nursing staff, contribute to service improvement, and uphold quality and safety standards. * Apply advanced clinical judgement in complex situations while coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams. About you: You are a confident, compassionate and skilled mental health nurse who thrives in dynamic environments and leads with integrity. * Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in mental health and addiction nursing, including risk assessment and complex care planning. * Strong leadership capability with experience in delegation, mentoring, and supporting team culture. * Committed to evidence based practice, continuous learning, and contributing to education and research activities. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
