Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Prepare and reconcile expense claims; manage invoice approvals.
* Organise and support virtual and in‑person meetings, including agendas and minutes.
* Assist with special projects, research, and tracking deliverables.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3‑5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
* Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
