We are seeking a professional to accelerate the capability, confidence, and success of our sales organisation. This role will involve designing and delivering programs, tools, and assets that sharpen skills, embed industry leading approaches, and drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted enablement programs
* Develop playbooks, training content, and tools that support value-based selling, customer retention, and consistent execution
* Lead onboarding and certification programs that reduce ramp time and improve win rates
* Develop and deliver programs, tools, and resources that sharpen skills, embed high-impact practices, and drive measurable revenue growth
* Create and manage GTM-aligned content, ensuring teams are ready for new products, features, and campaigns
* Analyse performance data to measure impact, refine programs, and maximise return on investment
* Foster collaboration across teams to ensure the Frontline channels are aligned and enabled on key organisational initiatives
* Mentor others and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions with colleagues to improve their training delivery technique, both in-person and remotely
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, or a related field
* Proven success designing and delivering sales or success training with measurable outcomes
* Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies
* Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to translate strategy into actionable, scalable enablement initiatives
* Proficiency with sales enablement platforms, LMS tools, and content creation
