Our organization is seeking an experienced aviation expert to join our team, specialising in Air Traffic Management (ATM). This role focuses on both winning work and delivering projects across the ANZ region.
* Deliver high-quality ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, and other Air Navigation Service Providers.
* Collaborate with international teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.
* Support recruitment and development of additional ATM resources as the pipeline grows.
* 8 - 10+ years' experience in Air Traffic Management / Aviation consulting.
* Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven track record in winning and delivering work in a consultancy environment.
* Experience working in a matrix, global consultancy, building relationships across regions.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
