Your Impact as a Branch Supervisor
You'll take the lead on the ground, ensuring our teams deliver safe, compliant and efficient traffic management services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support traffic controllers across multiple sites
Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching and mentoring
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and audits
Provide guidance on traffic control plans, procedures and safe work practices
Respond to incidents, lead investigations and manage reporting
Support training and development of field staff
Liaise with clients to resolve issues and build strong relationships
Manage fleet, equipment and compliance checks
Conduct drug and alcohol testing in line with company policy
Assist with return-to-work programs and injury management
What You'll Bring
Experience in traffic control, civil, or similar field-based industries (essential)
Strong people leadership and/or training experience
Proven focus on health, safety and operational excellence
Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Relevant traffic control and WHS qualifications (preferred)
