As part of this journey, we’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Network Engineer to join our Technology team.
This role is ideal for someone at a Level 2 who enjoys solving problems, supporting store networks, and working across both BAU and project environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting our new network rollout, resolving NBN faults, and ensuring our stores stay connected and operational.
Overview
As a Network Engineer, you will:
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and maintenance of TRS’s new network infrastructure
- Provide BAU support for store networks across Australia
- Investigate and resolve NBN faults and coordinate recent network setups
- Respond to and troubleshoot network-related issues across the business
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure uptime and performance
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of network processes
What you will bring
- Experience in network support or infrastructure engineering (Level 2)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate technical issues
- Familiarity with NBN setups, fault resolution, and store network environments
- Understanding of network protocols, hardware, and connectivity tools
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
