Job Description With continued growth across ANZ, the Resources and Industry (RI) team in Perth are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Resource Client Manager to lead business development initiatives and manage key client relationships for this business line and across the AECOM offering in WA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a passion for building strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of workforce solutions in resource-heavy environments. How you'll make a difference Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with WA based clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mining and industrial client. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning. Proposal Development: Lead the creation of client proposals, tenders, and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue targets through proactive account management, project delivery governance, and new client acquisition.
