We are currently seeking a Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our Adelaide team. About the Role You will work closely with our Cloud Business Manager to drive cloud strategy, educate partners, and grow sales across Microsoft Cloud and other SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically savvy, but also entrepreneurial, resourceful, and eager to learn and evolve with the industry. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and opportunities through warm outbound calls, emails, and networking. Provide expert advice on Microsoft Cloud and SaaS solutions to MSPs and reseller partners. Manage onboarding of partners to vendor programs and incentives. Respond to product, licensing, and service queries with speed and accuracy. Host webinars and roundtable discussions with defined agendas. Use CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to manage pipeline and customer records. Collaborate with internal teams to scope solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure partner satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or managed services. Strong cold-calling and lead qualification skills. Understanding of cloud technologies and solution sales cycles. Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MS-900, SC-900) highly regarded About you: Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
