This position focuses on enhancing brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and campaign performance through effective use of digital channels, platforms, and content. As part of the Marketing & Communications team, the Digital Content Manager will help position the organization as a thought leader in energy innovation and sustainability, supporting public engagement, investor communications, and customer outreach.
* Digital Campaign Support
The Digital Content Manager will assist in the development and rollout of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms. This will involve coordinating campaign schedules, asset delivery, and performance reporting.
* Content Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating website content (e.g., news, case studies, investor updates, project announcements). They will also support the creation of engaging digital content such as blog posts, social media copy, videos, and infographics.
* Social Media & Community Engagement
The Digital Content Manager will manage day-to-day posting and monitoring across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook). They will also respond to public and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Analytics & Reporting
The successful candidate will track, measure, and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns (using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). They will generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
