This role is based in Sydney and is a full-time, permanent position within the Brand, Marketing & Communications team.
Salary range: A$65,000–A$70,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Events Manager to manage the Sydney events calendar.
Advise practice groups, industry partners and the Client, Markets & Growth team on planning for upcoming events.
Identify event opportunities that align with Ashurst's guiding principles.
Lead end-to-end event management for client events, webinars and office-wide staff events in Sydney and at external venues.
Qualifications
Event management experience in either a professional services, large corporation, or hospitality environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong administrative background including CRM content management and customer service.
Ability to influence stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
Excellent project management skills, including defining activities, responsibilities and deadlines.
Ability to handle client inquiries and manage expectations effectively.
Confident in taking the lead and project managing in-person and virtual webinars.
Maintaining composure and a high level of personal presentation, professionalism and polish during event delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
