You will partner with senior management and operational teams, providing insights to drive performance and efficiency.Key responsibilitiesMaintaining accounting ledgers and completing bank reconciliationsManaging fixed asset registers and preparing monthly depreciation journalsPreparing monthly financial reports, including commentary on business performanceReconciling balance sheet accounts and overseeing intercompany transactionsPreparing and lodging compliance returns (BAS, FBT, TPAR)Supporting business unit managers with budgets and variance analysisAssisting with year-end reporting, including liaison with auditorsDriving improvements in internal controls, processes, and systemsSupporting ad hoc projects and providing financial and non-financial analysisThe Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
