As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will conduct person-centred assessments and planning, develop and implement evidence-based positive behaviour support plans, and work collaboratively to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks.
 * Conduct thorough person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families, and carers.
 * Develop and implement effective evidence-based positive behaviour support plans.
 * Promote the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies.
 * Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to build their capacity.
 * Model best-practice service delivery at all times.
