About The Role
This team supports SG Fleet in delivering high-quality fleet management services across Corporate, Government and Commercial clients. It drives revenue growth, profitability and retention through targeted sales, strong client service, and a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the primary client contact, proactively managing the portfolio to deliver high-quality fleet management services
* Support the Relationship Manager in identifying and driving upsell opportunities across existing clients
* Regularly review fleet performance via key reports (e.g. utilisation, servicing, fuel, odometer) to identify issues and drive cost savings through optimisation
* Prepare and deliver quotes within SLA, ensuring outcomes are tracked via the won/lost template
* Proactively manages future vehicle terminations and restructures consistent with best practice
* Meet and exceed client KPIs and contractual obligations, ensuring performance is measurable and reportable
* Build strong client relationships to identify growth opportunities (incl. fee uplift), maintain client strategy plans, and support a structured visitation program
* Actively contribute to team objectives and build strong relationships across internal stakeholders
About you
* Full driving license required as travel to client site is expected
* Certificate in a relevant business-related field, relevant tertiary qualifications, High School Certificate, or equivalent
* Previous experience in Fleet Management and customer service type roles
* Business acumen and commercial awareness
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress
* Effective communicator both verbally with good listening and probing skills
* Critically analyses information and resolves problems through to complete resolution in a timely and effective manner
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* High attention to detail
* Knowledge of fleet management products, services, systems and processes is highly desirable
