We are currently on the lookout for a vibrant and superstar Cocktail Bartender to join our team at the brand recent Comuna Newstead.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests
* Maintaining a clean, organised and well‐stocked bar area
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
* Supporting the bar management team with inventory, stock management and other operational tasks
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar high‐volume, fast‐paced environment
* Thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Robust attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a vibrant, lively atmosphere
* Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
