Position Details
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at Pelican Waters Golf Club. This is a Casule role working across a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday including weekdays, weekends, and event shifts. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across the café, restaurant, bar, and function spaces - ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
* Providing the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
* Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages), including full restaurant table service;
* Responsible for handling all POS & eftpos transactions;
* Perform opening and closing duties for our Café, bar & restaurant as required;
* Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club;
* Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;
* Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment;
* Experience in table service environment is essential
* Barista &/or cocktailing making experience highly regarded
* Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;
* Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential;
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential;
* Current C Class drivers licence.
