About This Role
In this position, you will lead a team of professionals and supervise superintendents and/or craft specialists on a project. You will direct activities and work schedules, coordinate subcontract work activities, and develop your team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leadership / Supervision: Directing up to 50 craft professionals, scheduling work, and reviewing progress.
* Planning / Productivity: Determining workforce requirements, coordinating operational plans, monitoring tool usage, and preparing requisitions for tools and consumables.
* Safety & Quality: Ensuring compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets, and overseeing construction operations and subcontractors' performance.
* Technical: Working with engineers, leading hands, and craft professionals to interpret design documents, vendor information, and other technical data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification.
* 8-10 years of relevant experience or ***** years of relevant work experience.
* Previous experience in Oil and Gas is an advantage.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to manage a direct hire workforce.
