This newly created role will have you supporting a large IFM contract located across multiple locations, contract value circa $20M PA. It is a great opportunity for an experienced FM Contract Manager with a mix of Operations and Business Development or Tendering experience to lead and support FM bids and help to mobilise a large FM contract. Due to the geography of the contract, the role can be based in either Lismore, Byron Bay, Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour (must live local or be willing to relocate – relocation would be supported). Outline Duties Responsible for the FM Contract management, successful and safe delivery of integrated facilities management services across a large portfolio through effective management of administrative tasks, resources, and scheduling activities to promote customer satisfaction and maximise profitability. Responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid process including estimating, pricing, and proposal development of the tender. Ensuring tenders are compliant with Australian standards, commercially competitive, and operationally deliverable. Supporting the management, guidance, and operational direction of the Facilities Management contract, ensuring that best practice Facilities Management Solutions are implemented, stakeholder engagement is fully undertaken, and works are delivered within expected and agreed timescales under commercial arrangements and industry best practice. Education, Experience and Attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related discipline (desirable) 2 years’ experience in bid management and estimating within Australia 5 years’ experience in a senior operational role for a large complex integrated FM contract or similar. Outstanding communication skills: - Verbal and Written Analytical and detail-oriented approach Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Results-driven with a focus on quality and compliance Proven experience managing full-cycle bids, including estimating and pricing, within the Australian facilities management or soft services sector Strong understanding of cleaning, catering, laundry, and/or landscaping service delivery models Proven commercial and financial acumen with strong cost modelling capability
