About the role;
The Client Service Planner is responsible for increasing independence and the quality of life for people with disabilities and the elderly in your community. We develop custom plans to assist them in accessing programs and services. The Client Service Planner is also responsible for coordinating a group of staff, ensuring that appropriate service is provided and tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Excellent phone manners and experience in customer service
* Experience in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with Client and Staff Data Base systems
* Strong ability and desire to learn and grasp concepts quickly
* Proven strong analytical ability that delivers solution-based outcomes
* Extremely organised, strong attention to detail and time management
* Thrive and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Energetic, self-motivated and results-orientated
* Have a desire and passion for helping others
* Experience with My Aged Care, Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programs and the NDIS is advantageous but not necessary.
