Field Service Technician – Industrial Electrician

About the Role
As a Field Service Technician – Industrial Electrician, you will deliver high‐quality electrical and mechanical support across Dematic customer sites in the Melbourne region.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide contract repair, preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency breakdown services to customers.
* Participate in on‐call roster, accommodating overtime and occasional weekend work.
* Work day and afternoon shifts as part of the work roster.
Qualifications & Experience
* A-Grade Electrician (VIC recognised).
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving equipment faults.
* Strong customer focus and quality service delivery.
* Australian Electrical trade licence (or restricted licence acceptable).
* PLC experience in Siemens S7 and SCADA WIN CC preferred.
* Experience in automation (conveyors) and material handling equipment highly regarded.
* Experience with CMMS, mechanical and pneumatic systems; hydraulic systems an advantage.
* Ability to work unsupervised, make decisions, and be results‐driven.
* Understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices.
* Current driver's licence mandatory.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
