With summer just around the corner, we're gearing up for a busy season and are on the lookout for skilled and passionate Chef de parties to support our kitchen operations.
What's on offer:
Casual shifts between Monday-Sunday (daytime) – typically a 10am–11am start through to 5pm–6pm finish
Around 15–25 hours per week to start, with plenty more hours available as we move into December and our seven-day summer schedule kicks in
About the Role:
Assist in preparing and executing high-quality dishes across lunch and dinner services
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during service
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with food safety standards
Contribute to the smooth operation of a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
A fun, supportive team and a stunning Adelaide Hills setting
About You:
Experience working in a commercial kitchen (pub, bistro, or fine dining preferred)
Experience with hand stretched pizza (an advantage but not a requirement)
Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
Punctual, reliable, and a team player
Available to work a combination of lunch and/or dinner shifts Monday to Sunday
A passion for local produce, quality food, and great service
