Position Overview
* Job Title: Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Housing
* Location: South Yarra, VIC
* Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time ($80,000–$110,000 plus super)
* Hours: 40–55 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones.
* Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades.
* Oversee project budgets and implement effective cost control strategies.
* Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
* Ensure on‐site quality control and compliance with all regulations.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
* Proactively resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
About You
* Degree‐qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in high‐end residential project management.
* Strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software.
