The Role This position sits within Business Services and is ideal for someone with 5 years’ experience in public practice who enjoys taking ownership and leading from the front. You’ll be the key point of contact for your clients, combining technical expertise with commercial insight and a genuine advisory mindset. You’ll be responsible for: Managing your own client portfolio with full ownership Building and maintaining strong client relationships Delivering compliance work across financial statements and tax Providing advisory services including forecasting and cash flow support Leading client conversations with confidence and empathy Mentoring and reviewing junior team members This is more than a compliance role - it’s about becoming a trusted advisor and playing a key role in your clients’ success.
