About the role
Paradise Motorhomes' is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as an RV Spray Painter, Cabinet Maker, and Service Technician. This full-time position in Yatala, QLD, will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional quality and presentation of our motorhomes.
What you'll be doing
* Expertly spray painting and refinishing motorhome bodies, interiors, and components to the highest standards
* Designing, fabricating, and installing custom cabinetry, furniture, and interior finishes for our motorhomes
* Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of motorhome systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components
* Working closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a spray painter, cabinet maker, and/or motorhome service technician
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to efficiently resolve technical issues
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
* A valid driver's licence and the willingness to undergo a national police check
* Formal qualifications in a relevant trade or a demonstrated passion for the industry
