Our Energy and Resources Engineering Division is at the forefront of delivering specialist projects in gas, hydrogen, and renewable energy. These include upstream flowlines, well leases, network gathering systems, major gas transmission pipelines, above-ground processing facilities, and emerging renewable energy infrastructure.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager with 5+ years of engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of complex projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects across gas and renewable energy sectors.
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
* Develop detailed project plans and manage resources effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Provide technical insight and guidance to the designs in conjunction with Technical leads
* Interpret and review engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Identify and manage project variations and risks.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
About You
* Bachelors degree in engineering (Process, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
* Minimum years experience in engineering design within Oil & Gas and/or Renewable Energy.
* Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
* Ambition to grow into senior leadership roles.
