Job Overview
This leadership role is designed to support the operations and activities of our residential program in the absence of the supervisor. The successful candidate will work a part-time afternoon shift (12 PM to 8 PM) and assume a key position, collaborating with our team of Direct Care Professionals (DCPs) to provide guidance and training support.
Responsibilities include taking charge as house manager when needed, overseeing in-home staff, ensuring assigned duties are completed, and assisting in the management of resident funds.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a High School Diploma, two years of experience in caregiving or group home settings, and be able to complete all necessary training programs.
