Requirements
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
* Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Health, Welfare, Community Services Development or equivalent
* Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality obligations
* Experience in care provision for people with disabilities, younger people, and carers
* High-level engagement, care planning, and assessment skills
