This role is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Southbank office.Reporting to the General Manager Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales revenue targets, enhance customer experience and drive strategic outcomes.In this role you will:Lead, manage and motivate the Sales teamAchieve state sales revenue and related sales and customer experience targetsProvide strategic and operational insights to continuously improve the sales process and customer experienceChampion a customer-led approach across the sales lifecycleMonitor and manage sales and settlement pipelinesPrepare competitor analysis reports, PCG reports and weekly sales resultsContribute to ICOM and Board reportingYou will bring your proven sales management experience in residential land / housing along with your track record of exceeding sales targets. Your thorough knowledge of legislation governing real estate sales and knowledge of state market challenges and opportunities will be well regarded.A valid real estate licence is required for this role.Benefits and perksEnjoy competitive remuneration and a collaborative team environment.
