The Role
* Provide one‐to‐one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
* Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategies
* Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions
* Help create a safe, consistent and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans
Who We're Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting
* Experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or SEN schools is desirable but not essential
* A university degree is desirable but not essential
* Strong graduates or individuals with a clear interest in SEMH/education are welcome to apply
* Calm, resilient and confident when supporting challenging behaviour
* Strong communication skills and a team‐focused approach
* Ambition to develop within a specialist provision
