We are looking for a professional office all-rounder to be the face of our boutique practice. We are a well-established law firm with a long-standing client following. Are you an experienced administration or legal assistant looking to work close to home who wishes to be exposed to a variety of matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls, greeting clients, organising client meetings, managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and emails, maintaining front of house, kitchenette and other front desk reception duties.
* Supporting a fast-paced team of solicitors and law clerks with administration and legal assistant duties including, file opening, document management, drafting basic legal documentation and correspondence, liaising with other professionals such as barristers, solicitors, court registrars, real estate agents, financiers etc and assisting with the billing processes.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a legal or administration assistant.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Affinity Legal Practice Management Software is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills.
* Excellent and professional presentation and phone manner.
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
