Roster: Monday–Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm Location: Paget, QLD We are seeking a reliable and organised Branch Administrative Support Officer to join our team. This role provides day‑to‑day support to branch operations, customers, and internal teams. If you enjoy a busy environment and have strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
General Administration & Operational Support
* Manage incoming emails, Salesforce cases, and daily operational requests
* Release and update jobs based on customer or driver instructions
* Maintain accurate job records, including disposal journals and council‑site receipts
* Provide general operational support to the branch
* Process credits and raise branch‑level purchase orders
Payroll Processing
* Review and verify driver timesheets each morning across multiple branches
* Ensure accuracy of hours, allowances, and job details prior to payroll submission
Billing & Job Processing
* Complete daily billing for allocated branches
* Submit completed jobs to CAB for processing
* Prepare daily intercompany run sheets
* Clear sales holds and follow up on outstanding billing requirements
Customer Service & Communication
* Answer incoming calls and manage general enquiries
* Provide professional and friendly customer support
* Redirect sales enquiries to the appropriate sales representative
* Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing deliveries
Skills & Experience
* Proven administrative experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Reliable work ethic and strong attendance
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
* High attention to detail
* Customer‑focused approach
* Salesforce, JDE, or Kronos experience (desirable but not essential — training provided)
