We are seeking experienced Electrical Estimators / Bid Coordinators to express interest in upcoming opportunities working on HV substations, transmission lines, and renewable energy projects.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process for high value energy infrastructure projectsPrepare detailed first principles cost estimates, BOQs, and RFQs to support bidsReview and manage subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure alignment with scope and budgetsCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure technical and commercial consistency in bidsMaintain bid documentation, assumptions, risk registers, and approval workflowsConduct site visits to gather project specific data for accurate cost modelingIdentify and manage risks and opportunities to optimise bid outcomesSupport continuous improvement of bid and estimating processesAbout You / QualificationsProven experience in estimating and coordinating bids for HV substations, switching stations, BESS, and transmission line projectsExpertise in first principles estimating, BOQs, RFQs, and tendering processesStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and electrical systems for energy projectsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and time management skillsA degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification, or proven experience as an HV Field Electrician / Project Engineer with estimating exposureProficiency in estimating softwareHow to express interestIf you are interested in being considered for upcoming opportunities in energy infrastructure, please express your interest by contacting Sefa Prasad on ************.
