About the role
Approach Consulting are seeking an organised and personable Admin Officer to join a busy team in Canberra. This is a varied role blending customer-facing sales support with day-to-day administration — ideal for someone who enjoys working across different tasks and building relationships with a wide range of people.
Key duties
* Respond to customer enquiries and assist visitors in person at a sales environment
* Maintain accurate records in a CRM system and produce routine sales reports
* Process sales contracts and keep sales materials and displays current
* Provide general administration support including minute taking, contract administration and credit card reconciliations
* Coordinate contractor and supplier onboarding
* Liaise with internal teams and external parties
What we're looking for
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Good attention to detail, particularly when handling contracts and data entry
* Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay organised under pressure
* A collaborative, low-ego approach to working in a team
* Experience with CRM systems or similar databases is an advantage
