But we only succeed with the combined vitality and strength of our people who we truly value and support in their pursuit of individual and shared goals.Step into this senior sales position as our National Account Manager - Coles, where you'll be part of a high-performing, commercially astute sales team, who are focused on driving strategic growth and delivering results.You'll have complete ownership of this major grocery account, partnering with strategically sharp buyers across a number of grocery categories.About the Role:Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities.You will be completely customer focused to gain deep understanding of Coles' objectives.You'll develop productive relationships with your buyers to drive engagement, communication, commercial and strategic conversations, steering interactions toward positive commercial outcomesYou'll be the conduit between Coles and SCJ, translating customer insights into actionable strategies to ensure growthLead all range review processes by collaborating with our Head of Grocery, Customer and Commercial Marketing, Category and Finance teamsDevelop and manage sales strategy, promotional planning and trade spendCreate and lead business vital JBPsDeliver on KPI's, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metricsCollaborate with Coles shopper activation on plans and strategy, build and executionCoach and support career development of a talented and driven National Account ExecutiveWhat You'll Bring:Degree qualified in marketing, business or equally relevant fieldMinimum 4 years as a customer facing, end to end National Account Manager, managing either Coles or Woolworths is essentialProven experience leading commercially successful range reviewsBe an expert communicator and savvy negotiatorExceptional commercial and financial understanding and experience managing an account P&L, including Trade SpendPlease note this role is Sydney based, and applicants must be able to work from Lane Cove at least three (3) days per week, be an AUS Citizen or have PR, plus experience managing Coles or WW previously.Desired Competencies / Behaviours:Be high energy and ambitious to succeedHave excellent negotiation skills and be comfortable entering into strategic conversationsStrong data analysis skills, with a structured & logical thought processStrong commercial acumen and communication skillsUnderstanding of commercial modelling and ability to interpret numbers/dataWhat You'll Get in Return:SC Johnson's is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
