Key Account Management Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage strategic relationships with key retailers, drive sales and margins of Britax brands, and develop joint business plans.
* Develop and nurture relationships with key retail partners to maximize sales and margins of Britax brands and categories.
* Work with internal stakeholders to develop, maintain, and execute joint business plans that align with category leadership and consumer demand.
* Analyse sell-in and POS data to provide insights and recommendations for category management and product assortment strategy.
* Maintain knowledge of product trends locally and globally to stay ahead of the competition.
* Provide regular insights and reporting on performance to KPIs, supporting financial forecasting and budgeting cycles.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in account management of retailers across Australia and New Zealand.
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced analytical skills, ideally with expertise in tools like Excel and PowerBI.
* Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
* Tertiary qualification in business and/or marketing.
