Job Description:
Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged and Home Care Worker to join our team. As an Aged and Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their independence and well-being in their own surroundings.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with customers and develop meaningful relationships, while also being physically able to assist with domestic work and provide personal care. You will be required to work across Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, with some weekend and public holidays as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
* Current Driver's License (with Full Comprehensive Car Insurance or willingness to obtain)
