Job Title: Medical Support Coordinator

The role involves greeting and attending to patients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Additionally, you will schedule patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits using electronic scheduling systems, coordinating with healthcare providers and patients to optimise appointment availability and minimise wait times.
As part of our team, you will provide administrative support to medical practitioners, including managing patient records, processing billing and payments, and handling correspondence. Collaboration with other staff members is crucial to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Interaction: Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone

Requirements:
