Service Coordinator Business Support AdminWe have an opportunity for a suitably qualified, success-driven, experienced individual with a focus on customer delivery to join our service maintenance and minor work division.The successful candidate will be a vital member of our service, maintenance, and minor works division responsible for customer service, business support, service coordination, account management, general business improvement, and productivity.Benefits Offered :Genuine career pathways to grow within.Growing company established almost 20 years.Support and guidance on aspects of the role.Company mobile phone and laptop.Skills & Experience :Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines and priorities.Fire industry prior experience & experience with (simPRO).Well-developed computer literacy including spreadsheets and database management.Strong business written and verbal communication skills.Strong administrative skills and experience.Must be very well organized.Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.Proactive approach to work.The Role & Responsibilities :Field incoming calls from customers.Complete reports.Convert test reports with corrective actions into quotes for submission to clients.Receive work order requests and document them.Initial processing, maintenance, and recording of inspection reports, quotes, and invoices.Assist with accounts, debtors follow up overdue payments, etc.Schedule work for technicians / contractors using company CRM system (simPRO).Preparation / submission of annual fire safety statements (AFSS).Organize stock and supplies for your technicians / contractors.Create purchase orders and approve invoices.Data entry : Monitoring and maintaining of our service management system.Invoicing.Provide ad hoc support to the wider team.
