Bimbadgen is a premium Hunter Valley winery and hospitality provider. The Estate features a large winery operation, cellar door, accommodation at The Lane Retreat, multi‑award winning Esca Restaurant, wood‑fired pizzeria with both Palmers Lane and Emma's Cottage hosting a variety of private functions and weddings.
We are seeking a professional housekeeper to provide a high standard of cleaning to maintain the presentation of the Bimbadgen building spaces and Palmers Lane function centre. This includes work at Bimbadgen Winery & Accommodation, Emma's Cottage, and Palmer's Lane Venue. The position involves 10‑20 hours of work per week, including weekend work. Shift times are 6am‑2pm and 1pm‑4pm (can vary depending on department activities). A car and current driver's licence are required to move between venues across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of cleaning and maintain the presentation of the Bimbadgen building spaces and Palmers Lane function centre.
* Deliver a high level of cleaning and presentation of the Bimbadgen Homestead and Cottage (onsite accommodation), as well as Emma's Cottage's onsite accommodation properties.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous cleaning experience.
* Organisation and time‑management skills.
* Thorough work ethic.
* Behavioural: Ability to work in a team or independently.
