Earning Potential:
With PT delivery ranging from 20–40 hours per week, annual earnings range from $34,000 to $196,000, depending on level and experience.

What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering exceptional experiences through our Next Steps induction programme
* Leading high-quality gym floor sessions including HIIT and PT-led expert workshops
* Building powerful and lasting relationships with members
* Growing a strong and sustainable PT client base
* Maintaining equipment and ensuring a premium gym floor environment
* Supporting opening/closing responsibilities as rostered
Essential Criteria
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* Current Senior First Aid & CPR
* Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate
* High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset
Desirable
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
