About the Role
In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for preparing customised medications in a fast-paced compounding environment. Working closely with pharmacists and other team members, you'll ensure every product is made to the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing compounded medications following strict formulas and procedures
* Measuring, mixing, and packaging pharmaceutical ingredients with precision
* Maintaining a clean and compliant laboratory environment
* Ensuring documentation and batch records are accurate and complete
* Assisting pharmacists and supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations
* Manage and oversee the production and output of orders
* Assisting and supporting other team members as required
About You You are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. You thrive in a team setting and take pride in maintaining high standards.
To be successful, you'll have:
* Previous experience as a Compounding Technician
* Sound knowledge of aseptic techniques and compounding processes
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
