We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by supporting chefs, cooks, and other staff.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
* Keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
* Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
* Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
* Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness of work areas
* Assist chefs and cooks during busy periods
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
* No prior experience needed (training provided)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
* Reliability and willingness to learn
Shifts & Hours:
Casual/part-time/full-time (depending on business needs) – including weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Pay: $24.95 – $49.93 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
