**About the Role**
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the maintenance, administration, of the organisation's fleet, supporting through the provision of asset maintenance planning, delivery and reporting associated with both insourced and outsourced maintenance, as well as managing parts purchasing and stock control.
**Main Duties**:
- Works with all Workshops, all branches, Accounts administration, Operations, suppliers and drivers as required.
- Gathering, managing and entering data to maintain records and generate reports.
- Maintain knowledge of BildGroup Fleet, systems and processes.
- Liaising with workshop supervisor.
- Quoting and costing work orders.
- Reconcile purchase and work orders against invoices.
- Coordinate and manage parts purchasing process in a timely manner, along with managing stocks of parts and consumables
**About You**
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
- Capacity to meet deadline.
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Problem solving
- Knowledge of the MS suite
- Knowledge of Virtual Fleet software (preferred)
- Experience in parts/stock control
- Previous experience in mechanical workshop
- Coordinator, administration, parts, technician role (highly desirable)
