About the client: Our client is a very well-known global law firm, with a growing presence. Due to their continuous expansion, they are seeking an experienced Billing Officer who is interested in working in a broad, all-encompassing capacity. Job duties: Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not limited to: Working on all aspects of invoicing including write-offs, cancellation and dispute resolution Loading rate schedules and invoices Periodic client billing, matter management and reporting to clients Trouble-shooting and support for issues around invoice presentation and scheduling Development of procedures to meet client billing requirements Data entry About you: Must have 2 years' experience in billing Professional service or legal background is ideal but not essential Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail If this sounds like you, please hit "apply" or contact Yang Chen at yang.chen@perigongroup.com.au
