About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle weekly payroll and provide financial support across our group. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly end-to-end payroll for 20+ employees
* Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Awards and legislation
* Manage timesheets, employee records, and payroll queries
* Support accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare end-of-month reconciliations and assist with invoicing
* Handle general admin, filing, and customer and supplier enquiries
Skills & Qualifications
* Certificate III in Accounts Administration
* Experience in accounting or finance support (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in MYOB (essential), Fathom, Microkeeper, and MS Office
* Excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently.
