Office Administrator Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented office professional to manage our daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and accuracy, be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and possess proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
A strong proficiency with Xero accounting software is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new clients
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
* Prepare and lodge BAS, superannuation, PAYG, My Leave
* Meet with external accountant as needed - quarterly at minimum
Skills & Experience:
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Proven experience in office admin/bookkeeping
* Proficiency with Xero accounting software
* Strong organisational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with payroll, superannuation and basic HR administration
* Basic HR knowledge or experience
