What You'll Do
* Support the Licensing team by managing customer queries and administrative sales functions
* Respond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolution
* Liaise with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery
* Contribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotions
* Maintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reports
* Build trust‐based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a customer service, sales support, or licensing role within the IT industry
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, service‐oriented mindset
* Ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively
* Attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems
* A team‐focused approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Some knowledge of IT licensing programs and partner tools is highly desirable
Essential Requirements
* Australian Citizenship (required due to client security and contractual obligations)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Certificate
* Tertiary qualifications desirable but not mandatory
