Lead the strategic direction, planning and delivery of UQ’s advancement services as a member of the ACE Executive Team. Oversee information management and business intelligence, prospect development and relationship management, gift administration, and ACE’s technology environment. Drive data, technology, and service excellence to enable the University’s engagement and philanthropic goals, including transition to a new CRM platform as part of the UQ Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure advancement systems, processes, and insights empower fundraising and engagement activity at scale and position UQ as a sector leader in advancement services. About You
Strategic and collaborative leader with experience in Advancement Services or information strategy, ideally in higher education. Strong CRM leadership experience (preferably Salesforce) with led complex technology transformations that enhance stakeholder engagement and fundraising outcomes. Ability to lead high-performing teams, influence diverse stakeholders, apply advanced data governance, analytics, and prospect development capabilities. Excellent judgement, robust communication skills, and a track record of delivering service and system excellence in complex organisations. Enquiries
