Energy Lawyer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Lawyer to join our team. As an Energy Lawyer, you will work on globally renowned matters, collaborating with a team of ambitious and commercially astute professionals.

Role Purpose
The group is recruiting for a mid-level to senior associate with a broad skill base and relevant sector experience. Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record in project development, energy, resources, and infrastructure M&A and/or project finance, as well as an understanding of the sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation
* Preparing legal advice on contractual interpretation and regulatory compliance
* Providing strategic guidance to clients through market awareness and understanding of key objectives
* Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery
* Collaborating across teams, departments, and jurisdictions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Qualified lawyer, ideally 4 – 6 years PQE
* Resilient self-starter with intellectual curiosity and versatility to continuously acquire, build upon, and share knowledge
* Evidence of a keen interest in M&A, Project Development, and the Energy and Infrastructure sector, allied to strong technical knowledge
* Highly motivated team player with excellent organizational skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail
