Our client is the Bayside’s premier commercial agency, delivering industry-leading property services and as market leaders in quality, integrity and results, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Property Manager to join the high-performing team. This is a key operational role within their Property Management team, working closely with the Senior Commercial Property Manager and business owners to oversee repairs, maintenance programs and day-to-day portfolio operations. The Role: You will be responsible for managing preventative and reactive maintenance across a diverse commercial portfolio including retail, office and industrial assets. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating repairs and maintenance programs, including capital works Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing tenancy inspections Managing contractor relationships, tenders and work orders Ensuring compliance with fire, insurance, air conditioning and legislative requirements Liaising with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional service Assisting with outgoings budgets and operational improvements Supporting the Property Management team to achieve KPIs and growth initiatives About You: We are looking for a confident, solutions-focused Property Manager who thrives in a front-line, stakeholder-facing role.
